BUYERS NEEDED FOR N.Y. Commercial Deals!
I am looking for Buyers in the N.Y.C. area. I have two commercial properties currently available, commonly know as cream cash cows, one located in Clinton hills Brooklyn, an up and coming area with increasing market value and the other in Manhattans, Fort George or Washington Heights, the former is a 11 unit split 5 apartments/6 SRO's, all currently occupied except for one SRO.
The latter is a 25 unit megalith, fully occupied with no lease extending beyond July 2013, no major repairs…
