I am a very happily married man, with the most incredible wife on the planet, also 5 wonderful daughters and 1 awesome son. They are all over the age of 17, one more left at home then we will be empty nesters.. :( , oh yeah and 7 grandchildren. The things that I enjoy doing most are spending lots of time with my family, relating with God, bass fishing and traveling. Senior Relationship Manager - Distressed Commercial Real Estate

A role with a growing private equity firm with a strong presence in United States. You must have significant experience in real estate covering commercial acquisitions and banking clientele in that arena. Outstanding package for high performers.

You will join a high achieving team of experienced professionals who are dedicated in serving their clients. The package is closely correlated to performance and is above average for the industry, especially for individuals who have demonstrated their ability to acquire assets in the range of several hundred million dollars.


Must have experience in managing relationships with bank and lending contacts.

Must have strong business development skills.

Must have an existing network of bank contacts.

Must have the ability to acquire new clients.

Must have a “Hunter” mentality.

At COMAC, we specialize in matching off-market bank assets with private equity investment and we would welcome the opportunity to present you with off-market commercial, industrial and residential assets and notes that we believe match your current criteria.

We have working relationships with a number of national and community banks for the disposition of their SFR portfolios, commercial assets and notes. We also have relationships with FDIC approved loan sale advisors.These sources are able to provide us with a nation-wide selection of assets that include raw land, residential and commercial REO, performing MFR and commercial properties, as well as performing and non-performing notes. We sort through this stream of assets and match them to your specific criteria.

Our team consists of highly seasoned, commercial real estate professionals whose experience includes brokerage, mortgage related services and private equity management and investment. Our CEO, Mike Shane, has over 25 years banking experience with an emphasis on commercial lending, distressed assets and disposition strategies. He is also approved by the FDIC as an independent asset manager. We know the industry well and we pride ourselves on bringing Lenders and Investors together and providing them with the product and the market intelligence necessary to achieve a successful transaction.

We believe that the services we provide are unique to the industry. Specifically, we have created a confidential and secure marketplace that allows us to bring off market assets directly to our buyers in a system that matches investor criteria with asset availability. Our process of vetting assets adds value to our clients, whether they are on the buy side or sell side.
