Searching for financing for two large casino/hotel projects in Mexico. One is beachfront, the other is near an interior major population center.

All due diligence including feasibility studies, business plan development, architectural plans, etc. have been completed for both projects.

Project # 1 - A rehab of an existing beachfront hotel. A casino and additional rooms are to be added on the current hotel property during phase one. Phase two will add rooms and a small shopping mall on the adjacent lot. The hotel currently has a consistently good occupancy rate.

Project # 2 - This project is a new build in which phase one will include a hotel, casino, and shopping mall. Phase two will involve golf course development with surrounding luxury homes built on an adjacent property.

This project is located in a major resort and retirement area in Mexico that is known worldwide. The facility will also be designed to attract business and large corporate events.
