I am an IM who works in partnership with a US-based broker to help connect buyers/buyers reps DIRECT to the sellers reps and asset managers with whom we work.

We can supply quality residential and commercial REO assets and NPL's at seriously discounted rates of 40 - 65c in the dollar depending on volume (We can also supply NPL's from 15 c in the dollar).

In my partnership with a US-based broker, my role is to generate leads and his role is to carry out the day-to-day negotiations between buyers and sellers.

We have an excellent source of quality residential and commercial REO assets and NPL's at off-market rates.

Tapes containing parcels of between $10 million to over 1 Billion are available at pre-market rates.
