I care more about my client getting a fair deal than myself getting a fat check.
I especially care about affordable housing so people aren't homeless. This isn't about getting commission checks .. it's about helping others to help others.
I'm seeking like-minded comrads to share resources and contacts for the greater cause. And a daisy chain is not a greater cause.
I never charge non-refundable upfront fees nor will I work with those that do. So what if I 'work for free'. Good for you that you got funding. After all, that was my main objective.
I like low-hanging fruit just as much as the next guy but that doesn't mean I won't climb to the top of the tree or make cider out of the bruised drops.
