What Do You Need: I am interested in:
Development land, commercial investment properties, student housing (Preferably with a LA or Uni on the hook), Capital projects with funding difficulties, stalled / part built residential schemes, care homes within the M25.

I would like to hear about any large developments which for one reason or another have lost funding. I am open to location and will consider International opportunities

I am also interested in interim - short term contract roles involving Asset / Property management and investment.

What Do You Offer: I have extensive commercial property experience, client base and agency contact book. My contacts range from private to institutional, local authority to government and military.

Most recently I have pulled together a powerful mix of developers and funding to take full advantage of distressed developments across the UK. We are currently modeling multiple approaches.
