Mr. Manzanares was known for his 20-year career in law enforcement, he has redefined himself as a businessman with the objective to provide quality services. Being an entrepreneur at heart. Felipe left to start his own business. Intrigued with this new industry, Felipe spent several years learning all that he could about the intricacies of cash flows, and eventually decided to put his knowledge to the test.

Felipe Manzanares was exposed to real estate financing and developed a special talent for commercial real estate note acquisitions. Felipe has worked in “Hard Money Loans” for real estate investing. He has shown excellent note strategies, expertise, and knowledge, he has orchestrated an easy to follow note program that he offered his clients. Felipe is a Diversified Cash Flow Specialist.

Felipe is widely recognized for his deal structuring skills. His extensive background gives him a unique perspective on all aspects of business financing and cash flow industry. He has knowledge and experience that included hard money loans, carry back financing and full and partial note strategies. He has worked with private mortgage investors and financial institutions. He has taught and helped others achieve the same level of success.
