Advanced RE investor who specializes in acqusitions and management of apartment complexes. I have several hundred students that I have and/or are currently mentoring. We prefer 'Value Play' properties. We have taken several complexes that range from 98-156 units, completed extensive rehabs and repositioned the properties to at least double our money.
