Cash Buyers Partners for Multifamily Acquisitions
Looking for CASH PARTNER for multifamily(Apartments) Acquisitions of deals already negotiated with purchase price, acquisition loan at 70% ARV,management and construction company for rehab in place.
CASH PARTNER will get cash back at closing + interest, 20% ownership at the signing of contract and 20% of rent after the closing.
At the EXIT STRATEGY (Refinance) the Cash Partner will have the option to sell back is 20% ownership to the majority owner…
