I want to let you all know of some incidents that happened to my business partner and myself.
David Montano of Empire Real Estate Solutions and Dion Garnet from GNet Holdings took upfront fees and then did not deliver a lender or a loan. Both circumvented the broker, loan officer and Realtor to get to the bank. Needless to say, we were never paid and our non-circumvent was worthless to them.
