The DFW area took a year or so to evaluate and ensure it was indeed an "emerging market" before we acquired any large properties there - all about the jobs, as you well know. As for PA, it was a market where we could use less capital to generate the returns necessary I required for both myself, and my investors.

Funny you should mention Rotary, I just spoke at a couple meetings in MA last month, and they've invited me to join. it seems like a reputable organization, and I need an outlet for my charity (I don't spend enough time in that aspect as it is). You've had a good experience?
