Monte Pratt In November, 1972, as a partner started his architectural professional career with Island Consultants Ltd. In 1980, as principal he renamed the company Montgomery A Pratt & Associates ( Architects - Development Planners - Construction Mangers), the firm relocated to Freeport, Bahamas, offering professional services in the specialty fields of Construction - Investment - Development.

During the last 30 years, lead by CEO / Sr. Partner Monte Pratt, the firm's primary aim has been to offer professional advise (construction-investment-development) potential investors seeking to invest in residential or commercial properties in Nassau, Freeport or The Family Islands. In addition to this, the firm has been principally involved as Project Managers in several institutional projects (schools & churches) in Nassau and Freeport City.

In exchange for professional services rendered on 'select projects' MAP will take limited equity in such select projects. Our primary professional services include, but not limited to: Project Consultation (on local regulations) / Pre-development Services / Design-Build Services / Construction Management / Post-Construction Services.
