This is the whole package which includes the golf course, 5 star hotel, and land that has been approved to build 200 villas, totaling over 600 acres. Please view the attachment which includes many of the amenities. Asking price is $275M. The BPO lists the value of this unique property as $500M-$550M. The gentleman that holds the relationship with the bank is part of a nonprofit neighborhood stabilization group. When the property is purchased, the new owner will receive a receipt of record at full market value. Since it is being sold through a nonprofit organization, a federal tax credit will be available and split between the owner and the organization of which has been indicated will benefit veterans charities through the half received by the organization.
