Hello,

I am a real estate investor in San Diego. I work in the commercial arena looking for note buyers and sellers as well (residential too). I also am looking for direct access to bulk REO tapes. I have cash buyers but am asset deficient at the moment!

Please view the attachment which includes many of the amenities.  Asking price is $275M.  The BPO lists the value of this unique property as $500M-$550M.  The gentleman that holds the relationship with the bank is part of a nonprofit neighborhood stabilization group. When the property is purchased, the new owner will receive a receipt of record at full market value.  Since it is being sold through a nonprofit organization, a federal tax credit will be available and split between the owner and the organization of which has been indicated will benefit veterans charities through the half received by the organization.
