Lending, investing, and teaching finance are my passions. In 2012 I co-founded a REIA club in Burbank, The Club In Action. I am a Midwest transplant, and a film/TV transplant as well who has now been in Real Estate for almost 10 years. I own several rental properties and have flipped. now looking to help others do the same - & looking for units as well for myself.

PROFESSIONAL - I need buyers and owners of property who need to refinance existing property or to purchase more property, who cannot qualify for conventional loans. PERSONAL - I need private investors and lenders/partners who want to invest in RE but want someone else to be the entrepreneur getting the deals, an intern, bird-dogs, CPAs and attorneys.

What Do You Offer

I offer Loans for non-FnmA/FMAC condos, Condotels, and loans for foreigh nationals with only a passprot. Also offer Sub-prime loans at great rates, Owner-occupied Hard money loans - which is very unusual - as well as investment property hard money loans. Hard and subprime are also available for commercial deals.
