ILONA MILLER, a veteran in the Real Estate Industry, was an overall TOP PRODUCER for a large independent Real Estate company, with over 500 agents, in Orange County, California.

Since the distressed market has taken over the Real Estate market, Ilona has concentrated her work exclusively in that field. Ilona represents buyers and sellers, banks, and hedge funds, which she connects successfully. Her clients’ purchases range from $5Million to $1Billion and are all treated with the same professionalism they deserve. Integrity, ethics, and complete transparency are most important to Ilona and her associates. Before entering into a new relationship, Ilona has vetted her sources and buyers thoroughly.

Previously, Ilona owned two Century 21 offices, an escrow company, and a mortgage company. She has owned a full-service carwash, a printing circuit company, retail store, and a very large mailing business, all while running her Real Estate company. She has the designations of GRI, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, and EMS, Equity Marketing Specialist. She was Business Woman of the Year for the National Association of Women Business Owners Los Angeles Chapter (NAWBO) and Entrepreneur of the year. She is also a past Board Member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and Advisory Member of the Commercial Real Estate Distressed Asset Association (CREDAA).

Before becoming a business woman, Ilona devoted her time to the theatre. She was a classical dancer who studied in Paris and London and was a member of several Ballet groups, including the distinguished “Stuttgart Ballet.” When Ilona immigrated to this Country, she had $100 in her pocket and a dream; ten years later, she was a Millionaire as a result of her hard work and dedication in Real Estate. Ilona is a true believer in the American Dream.
