A Bit About Me: I am a pre-foreclosure (short sale) specialist, meaning I help homeowners save their homes from foreclosure by finding a buyer for the home and negotiating with the bank to accept less than what is owed on the payoff, so the buyer can afford to purchase the home. I do this nationwide.

I help realtors who have expired or near-expired listings because with my short sale process I can negotiate a discount off of the payoff so that they can price the home below market value to get buyers interested in purchasing it.

I am seeking a position with a commercial real estate firm where I can utilize my pre-foreclosure skills to assist with commercial short sales.

I am also single with no kids, so I am available to accept assignments that require international travel or short-term relocation abroad.

I am already an avid international traveler (UK/France/African countries/Caribbean destinations/Central America) and certified scuba diver (deepest dive 90 feet underwater--I got my certification at the Fantasy Island Resort in Roatan, Honduras).

-I need unlisted distressed or non-distressed commercial properties in the Metro Atlanta area. Would also like to short sale commercial properties if possible.

-And lastly I am interested in helping asset managers, builders, and developers liquidate their inventory.
