A Bit About Me: I am the Small Business Lender with CARO FCU based out of Columbia, SC. I cover both NC/SC states. I have been charged with growing the commercial portfolio here at the credit union. While I have programs for larger commercial deals above $2 Million my focus is on commercial deals under $1 million. Our underwriting is done by a human being that can take compensating factors into account and not a machine. My goal is to find a way to make deals work and offer rates that can not be beat.

What Do You Need: I need those who are looking for ease in the commercial purchasing/refinancing process. That includes multi-family, new construction, self storage projects also.

What Do You Offer: I offer programs where seasoning and down payments are not sourced (Rates in the low 5%, amortizations up to 20 years and LTVs up to 80%. Since we are a Not-for-Profit credit union, rates are lower than what you will find elsewhere.
