A Bit About Me
I have a strong passion for real estate and love looking at various projects for borrowers. We are a private lender with access to a conduit lending structure for any deals that are too big for us or outside our target market. I have been involved with real estate for about 5-7 years now starting back with a private equity firm I used to work for. From there I transitioned into being an Auditor for a top 10 firm focusing on real estate developers and renewable energy space. From there I moved into brokering real estate deals and have tailored my own custom underwrite criteria to lend directly now.

Attractive Funding Programs

We can offer funding from flips, refinances, purchases, and construction for all property types as well. We have some very aggressive rates and terms compared to the market. In particular on multi family and commercial properties we can offer up to 85% LTV and rates as low as 3.07% for up to 35 years fixed rate.

Portfolio Loans - Leveraging Equity

I can offer an attractive portfolio or blanket loan for purchasing or refinancing multiple properties to pull out cash or to reduce the number of loans you have on your properties.  Typically we can offer the following:

-4 properties or more

-$300K min loan amount

-Can be a combination of refinancing or purchases or both

-Term is typically 30 years

-Fixed periods of 5 or 10 years

-Interest rates are typically between 5.25-6.25%

-Average closing is 60 days…
