- My brother and I began investing in real estate in 1990. We jointly purchased a six unit building in New York City, and then sold it for a tremendous profit. I left real estate for a career in the insurance business that my brother had opened, I never abandoned the passion for real estate inbestments. I worked with my brother for a number of years as a manager.

Got your friend request. I see you are looking for capital as well. I am a private developer on the east coast of central FL controlling nearly 1 acre of commercial high-denisty mixed use land and opportunity to acquire nearly 5 more acres for class A-office/mixed use project in Downtown business expansion district.
