I have always been a creative investor and have a history of profitable personal residential and commercial real estate investments in the Northeast and Southwest.
Currently I am intrigued and excited by the current market available for investors. With 20 trillion dollars in commercial foreclosures expected this year, the commercial inventory for pennies-on-the-dollar properties will be almost inexhaustible. I am a direct Bulk REO purchaser of commercial and some residential properties primarily in SC and the SE coastal areas, GA, So Fla. So Cal, TX.
