I come across a good number of commercial and residential deals where they need financing. But in working in the process I am getting caught in a DAISY CHAIN of brokers/Loan officers and I would like to find a hedge fund or direct lender (probably a private firm) that will lend and give me some sort of Matrix on what they desire/require to fund a loan.
HARD MONEY IS FINE TOO.
