A buyer of B & C class Multi Family in DFW, Austin, Houston & San Antonio priced from $2 Million to $10 Million. 1970 construction and newer. Syndicator of 1031 Exchange multi family deals with deals always in process of closing. Prefer good school districts & no war zones. REO, Distressed, Value add, stable and performing etc, but no major rehabs. Will accept up to 50% vacancy! Will provide Proof of Funds & Financing. Seller financing ok too! Can close in two to three weeks for the right situation.
