A Bit About Me: Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and for the opportunity to explore doing business in the near future. Let me introduce myself and business model; I am the President/CEO of Sahars Capital Management LLC. We have been established since 2008 in the heart of the Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA). Our role is clean and simple- connecting buyers and sellers together on Bulk REOs (both commercial and residential) and periodically we play the role as the buyer in purchasing REOs for our company. We are always seeking new business partnerships to meet the needs of both our buyers and sellers. We take pride in conducting business ethically, effectively, and directly. Our reputation has enabled us to do business with several institutions in the private sector regarding small, medium, and large scale real estate investments.
