I like the chamber of C, I am in the Rotary which has a lot of high end players. it is a service organization fyi.
Other then that I do a lot of networking like here. All in all we have been structuring some pretty amazing deals with the owners carrying from80- almost 100% of the paper for a few years while we rebuild them and up the cash flow.
Why did you pick your area? Are you in more areas of the country?
Thanks for adding me as a friend. I am doing something similar to you in the Memphis region. I current have one apartment is escrow and another under contract. We target properties that are offering high seller financing, with moderate rental occupancy. We then move in fix them, build management teams and up the NOI.
Our target is units of 60-150. We offer around 50-70%ROI
