A Bit About Me
Michelle has thirteen years of experience in ad valorem taxes. Her career began at the Client Services level, providing for the day-to-day management of both national and local clients such as Toys “R” Us, Pepsi and Trammell Crow Company. She steadily rose through the ranks as she expanded her skills into the property analysis and appeals process, ultimately landing in the role of Business Development Consultant. Through these roles she developed an intimate knowledge of the entire property tax process, and the professional communication skills necessary in working with Clients such as Darden Restaurants, American Retirement Corporation (ARC), and Corporate Office Property Trust (COPT), all preparing her for the position of a Senior Executive. Michelle has held the role of a Senior Executive since 2004, helping ad valorem firms aggressively grow their business, while continuing to work directly with the Clients and the firm to insure the Client needs and expectations are met not only at the service level, but as well as the valuation appeal results. Michelle has become an expert in working with Clients to assess their property tax needs, and prides herself in making a personal commitment to advise her Clients in the best ad valorem tax solutions for their individual circumstances. Michelle has been a registered Property Tax Consultant with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), since 1997.
