I love real estate and recently formalized my private lending activities. The result? Fairmount Funding, LLC. A small, private lender now doing business in 41 states with a focus on construction both residential and commercial. We also offer bridge loans from 6 months to DSCR loans to 30 years. Our in-house processors and underwriters can typically work magic to offer funding solutions to nearly every borrower. Sometimes the terms don't work for the client but even if we have to broker a deal (we do have relationships going back 20 yrs but we are a direct lender first).
