Our approach is unique in that we perform and provide the site investigation effort and subsequent report from a Civil Engineer’s experience and knowledge of site development issues, property restrictions and issues, jurisdictional agency restrictions and requirements and existing and proposed infrastructure issues while understanding the Commercial Real Estate business. We thoroughly investigate all property and use related issues and provide a detail concise report that is a beneficial document to you and your clients. We have a complete team of surveyors, environmental consultants and geotechnical consultants for us to perform a comprehensive property investigation. We provide a simple jurisdictional review summary or an executive summary report or finally a full complete bound due diligence report depending on the particular information needs of the transaction or development.
