Flexibility for Financing Real Estate
I know most of us investors have felt the difficulty in getting financing for our projects in the last year or so. Rules are changing by the day and hard to keep up with. I recently found a company who will lend on stock portfolios/mutual funds to provide liquidy to invest in something else like Real Estate.
