A Bit About Me: I have worked in different aspects of real estate for upwards of 6 years. I started working in commercial, however, my initial investing habits have been more residential oriented. I have identified a niche in Texas and have arranged some impressive deals over the past couple years. I recently started a Texas based real estate investment company with a partner who lives in Texas. I'm always looking to grow and network with quality people.

What Do You Need: I'm always looking to grow my network and partner with investors on deals. My business partner and I have built a great reputation for ourselves in our niche, and we come across great deals which require funding.

What Do You Offer: I have relationships and ultimately acquire low risk real estate investments which yield double digit returns to our investors/partners (even in this market). I always put my investors first by offering preferred returns. Additionally, I enjoy acting as a mentor for those who want to learn a few tricks of the trade.
