You had asked a question on one of the Blogs about REO Bulk verifications and I posted a response. Here it is let me know if this helps.

Ask the party representing the REO portfolio for the documentation of ownership of the property (deeds to the bank, title insurance insuring the bank as owner, etc.) and then some Bank resolution that has been drafted, signed off on and put in place to authorize certain bank officers to sign all documentation in deposing of these properties.
