Eastern Capital is now accepting commercial submissions for first quarter processing and funding. If your project is shovel-ready or you have a purchase or refinance that needs to be completed in the first quarter, NOW is the time to get your project reviewed by our underwriters. We are a direct lender doing projects from $500K to $50M or more - case by case.
