What Do You Need
I need investors, developers, or others who require bridge financing (6 months to 24 months) for the acquisition, refinance, or recapitalization of real estate deals/projects in Florida and the Southeastern United States. We are also seeking opportunities in Florida (particularly Southwest Florda) to purchase distressed assets. We will only consider truly outstanding opportunities on the purchase side.
What Do You Offer
We offer bridge financing. All loans are portfolio loans and financed with 100% cash (no leverage). Loans are underwritten and closed quickly. We will also purchase distressed assets within our market area. Again, we offer quick, all cash, closings.

The best source for bulk inventory of that type is www.newcondosonline,com. They are currently overwhelmed with inventory and I'm sure you can make a deal there even though they are a retail organization. If you would like a copy of our current Bulk REO/NPA Inventory list please email me at magi@realtyequitymarketor.com and I will return it to your email address along with our compliance documents. Our list is only the inventory of our six direct Banks and therefore will change weekly. Although the title holders of the NPA inventory may have their property up for sale we do not market other inventories.
