A native of Richmond, Virginia, Jamiel Cotman was born in 1983. Being raised in an apartment community, he noticed many defects in rental unit management. After research was conducted, his findings proved there was a need! And in 2007, More Excellent Realty was established. Since then, he has worked with various apartment owners in structuring innovative tenant solutions.
