June NAR Commercial Report

We just received the June first half commercial real estate report on activity and values.

In most areas values were still down from last year and activity off as well.

We see great opportunities for buyers with cash probably partnering together to purchase properties at well under historical values. Partnering with a good commercial broker who has tenants will be key here! More properties will be available as banks will have tough decisions to make on extending loans.
