I have developed a business plan for a Private Game Reserve in South Africa. This will have excellent return on investment. We need funding for this project. The contracts for the purchase for the land have already been signed, building plans has been approved and an environmental Impact study has been conducted.

This is not just about getting the conference center, the chapel, lodge and sport complex up and conducting a prosperous business but about job creation and people up-liftment. Because it is part of my passion to train and better people, we will be training people in security, hospitality, building maintenance, gardening, household chores, game management and management. Only to mention a view. Training from the center will be on continuous bases as our government Adult Education Program failed.

Situated in Pristine nature reserve environment within short distances of major centers:The venue is situated within 30 kilometers from the main centre of Joburg, Sandton,Pretoria and Hartebeestpoort Dam. This area is the economic hub of South Africa and the location of such a venue of utmost importance. This will be the closest Private Game Reserve to Pretoria (capital City of South Africa). We have secured 157 hectares of unspoiled bush veld.
