Great to meet you! Sounds like you are a great person to know.
As a real estate agent and an entrepreneur, I have access to a variety of commercial product that is both on and off market. My partner and I are in negotiations on an off market deal in Texas that is at distressed pricing though minimal repairs are needed. After a few repairs and sprucing up is done, it should lease up to full occupancy to be a quick turnkey asset.
