Dear Fletcher,
Thank you for your message and invitation. I would very much like to chat to see if there are ways in which we can collaborate, brainstorm, or share resources.
Warmly,
Grace
Fletcher, i appreciate the invite and look forward to building relations. It looks like a new project will be bringing me to Palm Beach County for the foreseeable future, so maybe we can connect during one of my trips. Be sure to check out my site www.SlevinGroup.com, a lot of good stuff on NIMBYism and Hometown Democracy. Best, Patrick
Thanks for the invite. I am brand new and excited to be here. It looks like our wants and needs may intersect. I am not interested in finished lots at this time but see a lot of them as I review tapes from some banks I am working with. I will keep you in mind.
Fletcher, new member here to the forum. We have been investors in Florida for 15 years, Brookwood Financial. Most projects (office, retail) between WPB and Groves. Sold everything 2005-2007 - EVERYTHING.
Currently own ~1100 finished, entitled lots on west coast Fort Myers, purchased from DR Horton. Would like to make the connection as time permits. - Jim
Fletcher, what's your family relationship to the UF Law professor with your name? I just had lunch with Kimberly Martin, the professor's niece, last week, and we are supposed to be planning a law alumni function for the professor here in Atlanta some time soon . . . .
As a member of CREPIG, and an Administrator, I want to welcome you aboard, Fletcher. If you have any ideas or concerns, please feel free to share them with the Advisory Board. Networking and doing business, along with making new friends/colleagues, is the name of the game! From reading your Bio, we have a lot in common. I hope one day we can have a phone discussion to see where we can do some business! Have a great day and weekend! Joanne
