I do a few things in the real estate industry. First and foremost I am an investor. I favor the Indianapolis market.
I also work with REO buyers to get them lists through a broker I am associated with.

My newest adventure is an account exec for No Red Tape Mortgage. They are back in business with a new program. FIX IT is only program that allows a client, who currently has an adjustable mortgage, to lock in a fixed rate without showing Income, No appraisals required, and no minimum credit score.
