We finance commercial real estate, including apartment buildings, office, retail, and industrial; $1,000,000 and up loan amounts in most states. We close with some of the industry's lowest rates on long-term loans. We finance investment properties, and also owner-occupied properties with SBA 7A and 504 and conventional loans.
Further, we are a direct lender on houses, residential duplex, triplex, and four plexes in California (only), both owner-occupied and investment properties. We close on purchases in 21 days with rates competitive with banks, but with fewer requirements than banks. We often approve and fund loans that banks decline. All functions are in-house including processing, underwriting, appraisal ordering, underwriting, docs, and funding. These loans are conventional: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac,FHA, and VA.
