A Bit About Me: I am a Mechanical Engineer who has also been a real estate investor since 2005.

What Do You Need: My investment team and I are looking for owner financed commercial real estate notes. Specifically first position, performing notes. Nationwide.

Three rules in particular, regarding Spam and common sense, are most often abused. The first, is that the Comment Wall is a part of another Member’s personal space. Don’t invade their space unless you are invited, or are a Friend. The second is that "CANNED" messages, with little or no relevance to the original post are considered Spam. And the third is inserting your own advertisement into another members post or query, also known as hi-jacking, is offensive.
