We know own and operate about 1300 units and are seeking projects outside of Michigan, including the SE. Let me know if you would like to discuss either the sale of projects or partnering on the acquisition of communities of 100 units or more. We generally seek properties requiring renovation/expansion/improved management in locations where these improvements will result in enhanced returns through improving occupancy and/or rents.
