What Do You Offer
Lead Mandate (in most cases exclusive Mandates) for large scale RE projects (both commercial & Buy-to-Let semi-residential). Our focus is mainly in Western Europe though we do sometimes projects in N.Am and Asia.
We specialise more & more in large- / mid-tier RE projects requiring Debt-refinancing and niche project-buyouts / bailouts from distressed developers.
The RE situation is very tough and slow to recover. I am optimistic that things will turn around, but slowly. I hope we never go through another year such as this one. I saw institutional lenders doing a lot of business, because it was the end of the year. However most of my transactions are taking a long time to close.
How are things in Paris? I have a lot of relatives that live there, that are feeling the crunch as well.

Have a great beginning of 2009.
