Looking for good deals on apartment complexes anywhere in the U.S.
ContinueLooking for good deals on multi-family properties.
Here is the criteria I am looking for:
• Looking for large complexes in all 50 states
• No more than 15 - 20% 1 bed rooms
• Class B or C complexes
• Section 8 is desired although not required
• 40 - 60% occupancy
• Preferably Rehabs
• Must cash flow based on sales price and occupancy at time of purchase.
