Charles executed roles in finance, leasing, property management, and development. He qualified and assisted with directly closing deals netting over $190,000 in annual income through leasing and $4.5 million through land sales to the firm during the Great Recession. He presented over $400 million in retail assets to prospective capital sources with financial models in Excel and Argus and detailed marketing packages with power point presentations. Furthermore, he automated accounting and reporting processes through the creation of computer codes.
