Over the past three years, we have purchased approximately 1,000 homes, and sold them directly to buyers. We have provided the financing, and have serviced all of the loans. We now are going to sell mature notes secured by SFD. Average interest rate 11.5%, face value approximately $27,000, remain term 10-15 years. Payment history for each note available. We will sell portfolios from $250,000, to $5,000,000.
Sales are land contracts so we have the deeds to all properties.

Three rules in particular, regarding Spam and common sense, are most often abused. The first, is that the Comment Wall is a part of another Member’s personal space. And the third is inserting your own advertisement into another members post or query, also known as hi-jacking, is offensive.
