- It always begins with people and relationships. Everything I have done in business began with the assumption that it all starts with bringing people together and creating a foundation towards accountable execution where our organization should be able to function as a single unit. Too often, people get caught up and carried away with fancy technology, systems with too many bells and whistles. But you win in business through execution. Each day, everyone must understand what his/her primary and secondary responsibilities will be as soon as they hit the ground running and act decisively. Understanding that and being able to create results have always been my strengths as a leader.
My firm, Arrivato, LLC is a multi-strategy commercial finance and relationship management firm assisting our clients in executing their objectives and securing capital through the private equity and alternative funding environment. We have the relationships to position our clients on the short stack to attract pure equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, and senior debt to complete transactions in commercial real estate, energy, several mid-market sectors, and securities-based lending.
I serve as a Managing Director for a private $600 million-dollar fund, providing loans backed by real estate, including their proprietary default collateral program. Outside of this balance sheet, our cooperative relationships include a global consortium of fund advisors, private equity firms, private family funds, pension funds, opportunistic funds, value-add funds, hedge funds, endowments, foundations, asset managers, banks, and Wall Street conduits.
What this means is that we can offer competitive and market leading project and permanent financing for premium sponsors and also provide outstanding solutions for those who need short-term capital to resolve distressed, under-performing, bridge to stabilization, and other special situations. Arrivato is very active and creative working with distressed situations, including those in hospitality and multi-family.

Hello Brian!
I have a Power Point presentation from you that is dated three years ago. From what I read here, your firm continues to provide funding for commercial properties, as well as other services.
I'm currently analyzing large (100 units to 200 units) multifamily complexes, and would like to talk with you about the guidelines you use in funding them.
Secondly, next week I will be meeting with Principals of a Minnesota company that is involved in new construction. They have purchased 120 acres in a suburb of Minneapolis and are in the process of creating plans to make it a commercial hub in that suburb, including big box and "mom and pop" retail, and much more. They will need in excess of $200 million, but are looking, now, for $20 million. For years, they've been offering financial advice to individuals, so know many investors, some of whom may be interested in this major project.
After I told them about you and what you do, they became very interested in being approved by you as a major investor for the "commercial hub" project. I gave them a list of documents you will need for initial screening, and I expect they will have some of those when I meet with them next week. I will also be reviewing their plans.
As you can guess, I'm interested in being a "consultant" for you and your lenders. Perhaps there are documents you want from me before you agree to our working together. Maybe, too, there is an NCND document and a contract we would sign.
