I have a Power Point presentation from you that is dated three years ago. From what I read here, your firm continues to provide funding for commercial properties, as well as other services.
I'm currently analyzing large (100 units to 200 units) multifamily complexes, and would like to talk with you about the guidelines you use in funding them.
Secondly, next week I will be meeting with Principals of a Minnesota company that is involved in new construction. They have purchased 120 acres in a suburb of Minneapolis and are in the process of creating plans to make it a commercial hub in that suburb, including big box and "mom and pop" retail, and much more. They will need in excess of $200 million, but are looking, now, for $20 million. For years, they've been offering financial advice to individuals, so know many investors, some of whom may be interested in this major project.
After I told them about you and what you do, they became very interested in being approved by you as a major investor for the "commercial hub" project. I gave them a list of documents you will need for initial screening, and I expect they will have some of those when I meet with them next week. I will also be reviewing their plans.
