I can help anyone that is looking for Bank Guaranteed Funding for large projects. I can not only provide the property to the buyers, I can also provide bank funding instruments for commercial buyers from $10M to $100M.. We can usually close in 72-hrs with Buyer's complete documents... However these buyer have to escrow $150k (POF) to ensure any amount of funding within this range...
I am the banker and I work hard to get buyers the funding they need for larger projects. Will provide bank letter or instructions to PRINCIPAL BUYERS ONLY who request a copy. Can't issue bank application to Brokers to shop around...
