- I am a commercial real estate broker and a CCIM. I have served on the City of Surprise's Planning and Zoning Commission and the West Valley Economic Development committee for WESTMARC. Additionally, I founded and chair the West Valley Commercial Real Estate Networking Group. I have relocated to the Austin TX market. I serve on the Austin Chapter CCIM Board of Directors. I am a member of NAI's Investment Services Group, a global organization.

Announcement of a new Company
I wanted to announce that I along with two veteran Austin, TX area brokers, have formed a new company, Texas Investment Property Group, a Wes Walters Realty Inc. The other two Principals are Wes Walters CCIM and V. Bruce Evans. The new company is focused on syndication and partnerships for multi-tenant properties across Texas.
