Within your sphere of influence, would you know anyone who can handle an 8M Equity investment or JV in a new 400 unit Senior Living project to be built on a golf course with resident memberships in Denver CO? Construction loan is already in place, unless your source would like that also, as occasionally has been the case.
He/she would be a major owner in the project.
